Reservations
The form on this website sends a reservation request through WhatsApp. A request is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the date and time.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. The online discount applies to reservations made through this website. Nothing is charged online: you pay at the hamam after your ritual, in euros, dollars or Turkish lira, in cash or by card. Prices and offers may change; the price confirmed in our reply applies.
Free hotel pick-up
Hotel pick-up and drop-off is free within the service area and hours we confirm on WhatsApp. Please give your hotel name and be ready at the agreed time.
Changes and cancellations
Please tell us on WhatsApp as early as possible if you need to change or cancel, so we can offer the slot to other guests.
Health and safety
Tell us before your visit if you are pregnant, have heart or blood pressure problems, skin conditions or other health concerns, or come with children. Follow our staff’s instructions in the heat and steam.
