What we collect
This website has no user accounts and no online payment. The reservation form runs in your browser and builds a WhatsApp message with the details you typed: name, program, date, time, number of guests, hotel and notes. When you press the reserve button, the same details are also sent to our server, which emails them to our mailbox so we do not miss your request. We do not keep them on the server, and they reach us on WhatsApp once you send the message.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies unless you accept them in the cookie notice. If you accept, Google Ads cookies measure which ads lead to a reservation; they do not identify you to us. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. We run no other advertising or analytics trackers.
Third parties
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you send a message, WhatsApp processes it under its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps: the map loads on its own when you scroll to the visit section. Google may then set cookies and receive your IP address under its own policy.
- Hosting: our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for security and fault finding, for a limited period.
- Google Ads (only if you accept cookies): measures advertising conversions under Google’s own privacy policy.
How we use reservation details
We use them only to confirm your booking, arrange the free hotel pick-up and serve you. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to info@privateturkishbath.com; we answer within 30 days.
