Yes. Every reservation has its own private room. Couples bathe together, and families or small groups can reserve one room for everyone, so you never share the hamam with strangers.
Is the hotel pick-up really free?
Yes. We pick you up from your hotel and take you back after your ritual at no extra cost. Add your hotel name and room number when you reserve, and we confirm the pick-up time on WhatsApp.
Do I pay online?
No. You reserve on this website and pay at the hamam after your ritual. We do not take a deposit or any online payment.
Can the whole family come? What about children?
Families are welcome in a private room. Please tell us the number of guests and the ages of any children when you reserve, so we can prepare the room and the heat for everyone.
How does the 15% online discount work?
